Win VLP Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Members

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Win VLP platform and all its services. By accessing or using Win VLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Win VLP reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on Win VLP, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country of residence.
• There is no other active account registered under the same person's name at Win VLP.
• All information provided in the registration form is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for your own benefit.

If information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, Win VLP reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance. Win VLP also reserves the right to reject any registration request.

3 Account & Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their Win VLP account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from a public device or Wi-Fi, make sure to log out of your account when you're done.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact Win VLP Support immediately.
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Members are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account. Win VLP is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Win VLP may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

The following rules apply when making a deposit on Win VLP:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Supported payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from the member's own account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

There are no additional charges on deposits, though the payment provider's own fees may apply. Win VLP complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Win VLP:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method by which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies; full details are available in your account settings.

Additional documents may be requested to verify your identity during the withdrawal process. Win VLP reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets at Win VLP:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Win VLP may void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled within a specified period after kick-off, Win VLP will determine the outcome in accordance with its rules.
• In live betting, wagers placed during odds transitions may be rejected.
• Win VLP reserves the right to void bets on any event found to involve fraud or match fixing.

Win VLP reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any bettor. Accounts showing unusual betting patterns may be subject to investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

The following terms apply when claiming bonuses and promotional offers at Win VLP:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A member may not have more than one active bonus at a time.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet a specified minimum odds requirement.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win VLP:

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Stealing information from or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Impersonating a Win VLP officer or representative.

Any member found engaging in the prohibited activities listed above will have their account immediately suspended, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Win VLP may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months or more).

Upon account closure, members are entitled to withdraw any valid remaining balance, unless forfeiture applies due to a violation outlined herein. Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting Win VLP Support.

10 Responsible Gaming

Win VLP takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is for entertainment — not a source of income. The following tools are available on Win VLP:

• Deposit Limit: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Setting a limit on continuous play time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary account suspension for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Taking a 24-hour break.
